She was an indian classical dancer when she started out in acting. She have had her formal training in "BHARATHANATYAM" and performed in many stage show & TV programs and many modeling shows.Jasmine have been active in film business since year 2001.When she first enter the film industry,she started host for Tamil TV programs "Unggal Virupam" for Astro and Rhythm & Raagam for "Maras Vision".

Jasmine was also involved in Commercials programs in "Pringles" for kerajaan kesihatan and "Linggam's Masala" for Fair Cream. Jasmine continued her career when she called to acted in tamil TV serials and many Telemovies and video clips such as "Deepavali vanthederedch Kathal.com,Dowri,Kalyanamam Kalyanam,Vaiyasu Appadi,Ahnan Pennana,Kathal Kasa Musa,Valkai Samrajiyam,Kasu Kasa Musa and, Akka". Jasmine was also involved in more than 25 video clips such as , Swagatham,Lockup Album the famous Music band directed by

Mr.R.P.S Raju & Kumar Thanggaiah, Ajayvin Aramban Album directed by famous director Mr.K Anand. She has also hosted deepavali programs for NTV7,TV2,TV3 & Astro.Jasmine became more popular in Malaysian cinema when she started working with famous Director Mr.Bani in Tamil Telemovie "Nejamellam", this film become very popular in 2003. After her big hit in tamil telemovies,she continued working with another big hit Telemovie "4S'S Ops Koosa Dappa" directed by Mr.K Anand in 2004.

Jasmine continued establishing in tamil cinema and acted in most popular comedy tamil VCD "GHANA's VCD title "Hello yaar pesurathe" and her second VCD "Killadi Passangga"

She not also into tamil industry but her popularity began to lead her into Malay film industry when she start working Directed Zulkeffie Hj.M.Osman film title "Bisikan Remaja" in year 2003. After her popularity began to expose in malay movie industry, she acted in a Malay Sitcoms "Cafe 19200" .Her new movie coming up is "MANJARI".
